Hamlet TTC has realized 10 back-to-back houses according to the Hamlet Home concept.

Hamlet Home is our own housing concept with a nett living area of 87M2, a bay dimension of 5.50 meters and no less than 4 bedrooms.
The Hamlet Home concept is available for realization throughout the Netherlands. The homes in Tuitjenhorn are part of the Noorderlicht development and are intended for social rental. The homes will be rented out by housing corporation Wooncompagnie.

The complete CLT structure has been realized in just two days.
The CLT facades are installed complete with glazed frames. The houses are therefore immediately wind and watertight.
The bathroom and toilet are prefabricated units. For this, Hamlet has several options in its delivery program. Together with a smart finishing package, this ensures smooth completion.
At this location, a brick outer wall was chosen. This is mortarless, dry stacked with the Drystack system and is therefore fully circular.
The precast foundation and floor concept for Hamlet Home was developed in collaboration with Dycore, under the direction of Joeri Koehof.

Hamlet Home is a quick-to-build, circular concept for back-to-back homes with a main structure of CLT. In addition to the variant of 87M2, there is also a 69M2 version.  Various floor plans are available and the facade appearance and materials are customizable for each location. For the location in Tuitjenhorn, Hamlet's architects and structural engineers worked together with BBHD Architects.
